    Training is now £5 4-6pm on Fridays. It is important you come, if a loss is made then sessions will stop until we move to the Urbantrix gym.

What is Trick Soc?

Trick Soc is the Martial arts Tricking Society at the University of birmingham, UK. You don't have to be a student to join. Our goal is to teach people of all skill levels how to perform tricks and to provide a venue for people to train tricks with or without instruction.

What is Tricking?

Tricking is creative acrobatics. Moves range from what you would see in martial arts such as 'Wushu', 'Tae Kwon Do' and 'Capoeira' through to gymnastics and breakdancing.

How Fast Will I Learn Moves?

With trick soc you can expect to learn moves fast even if you are a complete novice, we teach you from the basics upwards using the foam pit and mats to build confidence with the more advanced moves.

What Moves Are There for me to Learn?

Tricks range from kicks, to twists, ground moves, flips and combinations of all of them. There is a list of tricks available on Club540.com They are aranged in order of difficulty and most tricks have a video example.
